Top Seedz

Nutritious, organic cracker and seed company sold in stores across the U.S.

Received $750,000 investment from the WNY Impact Investment Fund in February 2024

Led by founder and CEO Rebecca Brady, Top Seedz got its start as an artisan cracker company in a small suburban production space. Following significant growth and national expansion, the company moved into a 35,000-square-foot HQ/factory in downtown Buffalo in 2024.

The Fund’s investment supported that move, which allowed Top Seedz to automate significant parts of its production (while still growing headcount to more than 80 employees), coinciding with even faster national growth for the company.

Top Seedz largely employees Black females from Buffalo’s resettled refugee community.
