Tom Quinn: Making Buffalo “a better place for every human being"

The WNY Impact Investment Fund welcomed its board, investors and community members to Buffalo FilmWorks in October for its annual reception.

The event featured a celebration of the Fund’s progress – with 26 investments in 16 companies totaling 16 companies – and its future.

The Fund is pleased to present the following video recap of the event, featuring an interview with CEO Tom Quinn.

“We’ve created hundreds of jobs,” Quinn said. “We’ve lifted up parts of the city that needed to be lifted up and we’re not done yet. This is our hometown and we want to make it a better place."

Quinn continued: It’s scrappy gritty Buffalo, man, and that’s our fund. We want to do everything we can to make this a better place for every human being.”
